Phillip is the founder and Director of Marmoset Digital Media. Hailing from Perth, Phillip’s earliest memories was watching his dad read the news on TV at dinner. During school years he learnt Ju Jitsu – with no success, and then got into competitive ballroom dancing – a fair bit of success followed being a part of the team that were crowned Junior Formation team champions of Australia, Australasia and South Pacific. After stints wanting to be a photographer and/or lawyer, Phillip got the acting bug and studied theatre under Tony Nicholls and Steve Jodrell at WA Institute of Technology (now Curtin University). Eventually, after a lot of haggling, he received a Bachelor of Arts (English). After moving to Melbourne Phillip gave away the acting thing, and carved out a career in entertainment and media, working for Village Roadshow, Music Logic, Film Victoria and as a consultant. Marmoset has been Phillip’s passion for the last 7 years.
Lewis is the recent addition to the Marmoset office. A keen guitarist and admirer of all things alternative (meeting the guys from Animal Collective at BDO is a recent highlight), Lew is now the ‘jack of all trades’ at Marmoset. He can whip up a wordpress site in no time flat, manage social media campaigns, and liaise with our partners with his famously articulate style that always gets results. Lew’s eventual goal is to be an all around digital media professional whilst pursuing a career in music production and recording.
